# Upgrading Ascended Rings
Ascended rings can have up to 3 infusion slots through Infusion and Attunement. 
These processes add "Attuned ____" and "____ (infused)" to the item's name.
Before using ascended salvage kits on an ascended ring, make sure to attune it.
Attuning is very cheap, Infusing is more expensive. Both are done in the mystic forge.
